By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to us is accurate and up to date.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Fees and payment terms are detailed in our agreements or proposals with the client. Payment is due within the agreed timeframe specified in our invoices or at the time of purchasing a service. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as outlined in the invoice or agreement.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials created by MO by JC Injectables, including training materials, content, graphics, and protocols, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use these materials for the purposes specified in our agreement. You warrant that any content provided to us does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes business strategies, customer data, and other proprietary information not publicly available.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MO by JC Injectables will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold MO by JC Injectables harmless from all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
