Nurse-practitioner-led oversight, standing orders, and clinical support for regulated aesthetic practitioners across Aotearoa. Personalised, compliant, and built around how you actually work.
Many oversight providers are paper relationships. We are not. Every practitioner under our network has direct access to John, our Nurse Practitioner. The relationship is the difference.

Three steps from first conversation to confident independent practice under MObyJC oversight.
A relaxed 20 to 30 minute Zoom call. We get to know your scope, your stage, and what you need. You ask everything you want to ask. No pressure, no commitment.
If we are a fit, we review your readiness across registration, indemnity, premises, scope, and operational documentation. We work with you to close any gaps before issuing your standing order.

Aesthetic medicine in New Zealand is not the exclusive territory of any one profession. With appropriate scope, training, and oversight, multiple regulated health professionals can practise as cosmetic injectors. We work with all of them.
Provided cosmetic injecting falls within your defined scope of practice. Unsure? Book a discovery call and we will advise.
A practical toolkit for established practitioners ready to operate under their own clinical oversight. No charge, no catch.
Onboarding starts with a video call where we walk through your scope, your services, and how we will work together. Provided your supporting documents are in order, oversight can be secured within a matter of hours. We require: proof of professional registration, current professional indemnity insurance, current life support certification, and evidence of IV cannulation scope where relevant. If you do not yet hold IV cannulation certification, you are welcome to enrol in our Injector Academy course and complete this with us.
Yes. Oversight is based on a 12-month written agreement with the choice of weekly, monthly, or annual payment to suit your cash flow. If you decide to leave, our cancellation process requires 90 days written notice. This protects clinical continuity for your active patients and gives both sides time to manage the transition properly.
We provide oversight across two streams: aesthetics and IV infusion therapy. Each stream comes with the standing orders you need to access and safely administer the prescription medicines required for those treatments. You can take oversight for one stream individually, or bundle both for an exclusive rate. We will discuss what fits your practice on the discovery call.
Standing orders are issued on completion of onboarding, usually within the same day. Provided your supporting documents are in order and your scope is confirmed during the onboarding call, you can be practising under your standing order the day you sign with us.
We have a dedicated adverse event specialist who will guide you through managing the event in real time, from first assessment through to resolution and follow-up documentation. You are also welcome to contact John directly for clinical input. Every practitioner under our oversight receives a comprehensive Adverse Event Treatment Protocol Manual, so you have written guidance at your fingertips before, during, and after any complication.
Yes. We work with practitioners across Aotearoa, from Northland to Southland. Most of our oversight relationships run on video calls, secure documentation, and ongoing messaging. For practitioners who want in-person time with our team, we run small-group workshops in multiple locations through the year, and we can arrange clinic visits where appropriate.
